Scope of Works:

  • Minimum 1 night, 2 day assessment on all properties.
  • Reports altered to suite hotels performance quality and service standards.
  • Percentage scores are used to refer to previous reports to see improvement and areas of weakness.
  • Report will also contain information on supplier details to assist with the replacement of products or purchasing practices for quality, uniqueness and use of local products.
  • Focus on a specific area can be mentioned prior to survey.
  • All reports are presented personally to the hotel management team to assist in putting into action:
    • training plans
    • motivation technique
    • reward programs
  • Reports / Survey will be altered to adhere to companies brand standards, vision and mission statement.
  • Report formats can also be completed in both the eyes of the leisure of corporate guest.
  • Report format is separated into departments for individual handouts to the appropriate departments mentioned.
  • Staff surveys can also be achieved by HMS.
  • All survey reports are available for submission to designated Manager on departure of mystery shopper stay.

    Directive Analysis: 1 night / 2 days 30,000 THB
    Full Audit: 2 nights / 3 days 45,000 THB
  • Rates are inclusive of VAT.
  • Client to refund all room, meals, non alcoholic drinks and laundry charges on checkout and completion of report. Performance Indicator Analysis to personally pay for all other telephone, internet and entertainment charges unless is able to support with analysis audit.
